2 Elements Terms & Conditions Privacy policy:
2 Elements will require contact information from you when booking a course. The company will not under any circumstances retain this information after the completion of your course and will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our clients to third parties.
2 Elements do not store or keep financial details (credit or debit card numbers). For your protection all transactions are handled via PayPal providing the highest level of security. PayPal accept most major credit cards and accept multiple currencies.
Deposit / Full payment / Refund / Cancellation policy.
In order not to be disappointed we recommend pre-booking your course. For this we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable four weeks before the start of your course. If the balance is not in time, we may cancel the booking and retain your deposit.
If, after confirmation of your booking you wish to change the dates, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.
Cancellations Fees: 70 days / 10 weeks before course deposit only.
14 days / 2 weeks full cost of the course.
A cancellation or change of date must be made in writing via email to
info@2elements.co.uk
If You Have A Complaint:
If you have a problem during your course please inform a member of 2Elements staff immediately, who will endeavour to put things right. If you are still dissatisfied and your complaint is not resolved, then please follow this up in writing not later than 14 days following your return to:- 2 Elements Customer Relations, 2 Chapel Close, Silverstone, NN12 8DW. |
