Beginner Course 

Introduction to the sport and teach you the basics of windsurfing. You will develop the confidence to sail in light to mediate winds. The course content will also lead you onto the improver level.

Uses "2 Elements" coaching to form a structure for your progression in the sport.

  • Introduce sailing in stronger winds
  • Beach start
  • Using the harness
  • Basic freestyle to improve rig and board control
Intermediate Course 

This course will increase your confidence in strong winds & introduce you to planning conditions. As well as developing skills you have already learnt, to move you further towards the advanced level. You will also learn to make use of the foot straps and improve harness technique

Advanced Course 

This course looks at getting comfortable in high winds and builds solid blasting control. We look at developing skills in a variety of water conditions and use a mixture of equipment.
